About us

We are Oumama and Naila, sisters in life and partners in our professional project. Together, we founded Oumaäti.
We both studied fashion design in two fashion capitals : Casablanca and Paris. After years of work in the field and extensive experience acquired on our own, we decided to join forces to succeed in a common project: to perpetuate Moroccan leather artisanship through the expertise and know-how of our father, while anchoring it resolutely in modernity and using contemporary design techniques. Therefore, Oumaäti translates the ambition to carry an innovative and respectful project of an immemorial art.

Oumaäti is the witness of our shared passion for leather goods. Through us, Oumaäti contemplates history and draws on its roots, while looking to the future and its promises. We are totally mobilized to make this heritage evolve through leather artisanship, by promoting and magnifying the treasures and know-how of our country of origin: Morocco.
